Welcome to Tshikovha Green and Climate Change Advocates (Pty) Ltd
Trading as Tshikovha Environmental Approvals & Risk Partners
We are a South African environmental consulting company positioned as a trusted approvals and compliance assurance partner for regulated industries. Our strategic intent is clear: to enable clients to secure environmental approvals, maintain regulatory compliance, and protect licence-to-operate through defensible, regulator-ready evidence systems.
We deliberately trade under the name Environmental Approvals & Risk Partners because it accurately reflects how the market experiences our work: not as report writers, but as partners who reduce regulatory risk and deliver predictable outcomes. We operate in sectors where environmental compliance is a strategic and commercial imperative, not an administrative exercise.

Why choose us?
Delays, audit failures, weak evidence, or poor approvals planning expose organisations to enforcement action, reputational damage, operational shutdowns, and loss of investor confidence. Tshikovha exists to reduce that risk by designing approvals pathways correctly from the outset and implementing compliance systems that withstand scrutiny over time.
Our work spans the full regulatory lifecycle: approvals planning, EIAs and EMPrs, water use licensing, environmental audits, waste and landfill compliance, monitoring programmes, geotechnical support, and climate-risk and ESG integration. We apply disciplined quality assurance, peer review, evidence traceability and governance standards so our outputs are audit-ready and defensible. We do not compete on volume or speed alone. We compete on quality, defensibility, and certainty.
Discipline
We apply structured methodologies, clear processes, and consistent delivery to meet regulatory standards, timelines, and quality expectations.
Integrity
We act ethically, report evidence truthfully, and uphold professional independence without compromise
Accountability
We take full ownership of our work and its outcomes, ensuring audit-ready compliance and defensible results.
Technical Excellence
We deliver high-quality, regulator-ready work that withstands scrutiny from regulators, auditors, investors, and stakeholders.
